Clinic Nursing Program Manager

SALARY: $7,978.00/ Month - Plus Excellent Benefits

Description:

The Umatilla County Public Health Clinics are located in Pendleton and Hermiston. They provide equitable and affordable healthcare access for critical public health services. This position operates at both locations. The established home base location for this position can either be Pendleton or Hermiston.

The Clinic Nursing Program Manager leads our clinical team in delivering high quality public health services. This role leads our response to evolving public health challenges and ensuring equitable access to Reproductive Health, Immunizations and TB Care. Mentor, coach and empower a clinical team that is driven for clinical excellence and process innovation to improve community health and wellbeing. Our approach to public health is designed to allow for comprehensive patient education, counseling, resource connection and ensuring quality outcomes for our community.

Requirements:

  • Current and unencumbered Oregon Registered Nurse license
  • Associate's Degree in Nursing from an approved school of nursing
  • 2 years of experience as a practicing Registered Nurse
  • Maintain confidentiality
  • Ability to accept and utilize supervision and lead by example
  • Ability to work with people of all socioeconomic culture groups
  • Ability to pass criminal background check.
  • Must possess a valid driver's license.
  • Must pass a pre-employment drug screen.

Preferred Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Nursing 
  • Supervisory experience
  • Experience in community health
  • laboratory training and experience
