Clinic Operations Assistant

Minimum Qualifications:

Minimum of 6 months of patient care experience within the most recent 2 years, preferably in an acute care, specialty clinic, or procedural setting

Demonstrated knowledge of basic clinical workflows and patient intake processes

Effective communication and interpersonal skills with patients, families, and healthcare team members

Licensure, Registration, Certification:

BLS 

Desired Qualifications: 

Demonstrated knowledge of electronic medical records

Ensures continuity and quality of care by supporting patient intake and education, assisting physicians, coordinating procedures and follow‑up care, and facilitating effective communication, all within defined scope of practice, to achieve Infirmary Health’s (IH) standards of quality, efficiency, and desired outcomes.
