Clinic Patient Care Assistant (Neurology)

Primary responsibilities include escort patients to exam rooms, take and record vital signs (blood pressure, pulse, temperature, weight, oxygen saturation), assist patients with mobility, comfort, and basic care needs, prepare patients for examinations and procedures, collect specimens such as urine samples when required. This position is located on our Gateway Campus, Neurology.

Education and Experience:

• High school diploma or GED.
• Completion of a patient care assistant, nursing assistant, or medical assistant training program.
• CPR certification.
• Experience in healthcare or customer service is often preferred.

Shift: Days; Monday-Friday; 8a-4:30p

Hours: 40 per week
