Position Overview:
Under the direction and supervision of the Clinic Manager and/or Regional Administrator, the Clinic Receptionist is responsible for creating a positive first impression of the organization by communicating effectively with coworkers and the general public. This role includes greeting patients and visitors, assessing their needs, and directing them to the appropriate party while maintaining strict confidentiality. A key responsibility of this position is producing accurate and reliable work, which directly contributes to the financial performance of El Centro Family Health.
