Position Overview
We are seeking a competent, compassionate, and highly qualified Registered Nurse (RN) with OB/GYN experience to join a well-established women’s health clinic in Little Rock, Arkansas.
The ideal candidate will have strong clinical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a genuine passion for providing exceptional care to women throughout their healthcare journey. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced RN seeking a consistent Monday–Friday schedule with no weekends or overnight shifts.
Key Responsibilities
Provide professional nursing care to patients in a women’s health/OB/GYN clinic setting
Assist physicians and advanced practice providers with examinations, procedures, and treatments
Obtain and document patient medical histories, vital signs, medications, and other clinical information
Perform nursing assessments and provide appropriate patient education
Administer medications and treatments as ordered
Assist with gynecological and obstetric procedures as needed
Coordinate patient care, referrals, labs, imaging, and follow-up appointments
Communicate test results and clinical information to patients in accordance with provider direction and clinic protocols
Provide education regarding medications, procedures, prenatal care, reproductive health, and other women's health concerns
Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the electronic medical record
Communicate effectively with physicians, providers, staff, patients, and families
Maintain patient confidentiality and comply with HIPAA and all applicable healthcare regulations
Follow established clinical policies, procedures, and safety standards
Contribute to a professional, respectful, and patient-centered clinic environment
Qualifications
Current, unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license in Arkansas
Previous OB/GYN, women's health, or related clinical experience required
Strong clinical assessment and patient-care skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently while functioning effectively as part of a healthcare team
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Professional, compassionate, and patient-focused approach
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive patient information appropriately
