Medical Analysis-GHV, LLC is seeking a professional, dependable, and patient-focused Clinic Services Representative (CSR) to join our employer-sponsored healthcare clinic team.

The CSR serves as the primary front office and patient service resource for the clinic and plays a vital role in creating a welcoming, efficient, and professional patient experience.

Responsibilities

Front Office & Patient Services

  • Greet patients and visitors in a professional and friendly manner
  • Manage patient check-in and check-out processes
  • Schedule and confirm patient appointments
  • Answer and direct multi-line phone calls
  • Collect, verify, and update patient demographic and insurance information
  • Assist patients with forms, registration paperwork, and general questions
  • Maintain accurate patient records and documentation

Administrative Support & Clinic Coordination

  • Support Providers and clinic staff with administrative workflows and patient communication
  • Assist with scanning, filing, faxing, and document management within the EMR system
  • Support front office workflow and patient flow throughout the day
  • Monitor office supply inventory and notify leadership of operational needs
  • Help maintain a professional, organized, and patient-focused clinic environment

Systems & Documentation

  • Accurately enter and maintain patient information in eClinicalWorks (eCW) or applicable EMR system
  • Maintain confidentiality of patient information in accordance with HIPAA regulations and company policies
  • Ensure accuracy and completeness of patient demographic and administrative documentation

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Prior experience in a medical office, healthcare setting, or customer service role preferred
  • Experience with eClinicalWorks (eCW) preferred
  • Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills
  • Positive attitude and strong team mentality required

Additional Requirements

  • Ability to sit, stand, and walk for extended periods
  • Ability to use computers, phones, and standard office equipment for prolonged periods
  • Ability to maintain professionalism and confidentiality at all times
  • Employees must complete required onboarding, annual, and role-specific training and maintain certifications applicable to the role
