About the Role: 
Ability Avenues is looking for a passionate and driven Clinic Supervisor BCBA/LBA to lead our team in Golden Valley, MN. Responsibilities: 

• Oversee day-to-day clinic operations and ensure high-quality ABA service delivery
• Supervise and mentor Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and other clinical staff
• Develop, monitor, and update individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs) and treatment programs
• Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and ongoing client progress evaluations
• Ensure compliance with BACB ethical guidelines, state licensure requirements, and company policies
• Collaborate with families, caregivers, and interdisciplinary teams to support client goals
• Lead staff training, performance reviews, and professional development initiatives

Requirements:
 

• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required
• Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) in the state of Minnesota required
• Minimum 2+ years of experience in ABA therapy, preferably in a clinic setting
• Prior supervisory or leadership experience strongly preferred
• Proficiency in conducting FBAs, writing BIPs, and tracking client data
• Strong communication, organizational, and team-building skills
• Compassionate, collaborative, and committed to ethical, client-centered care
