Clinic Supervisor

Florida Orthopaedic Institute is seeking an experienced Clinic Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of our Front Desk while helping maintain efficient patient flow in a fast-paced, high-volume orthopedic practice.

This position is ideal for someone with previous medical office supervisory experience who enjoys leading people, solving problems, and delivering an exceptional patient experience. You'll work closely with Front Desk Representatives, Physicians, Medical Assistants, X-ray staff, and clinic leadership to keep the office running smoothly and support a collaborative team environment.

What You'll Do

· Supervise and support Front Desk staff and daily clinic operations.

· Ensure excellent customer service and an outstanding patient experience.

· Monitor patient flow and communicate delays with patients and providers.

· Partner with Medical Assistants, X-ray, and physicians to help keep clinic operations moving efficiently.

· Assist with staffing, scheduling, training, coaching, and employee performance.

· Help resolve patient concerns and operational issues.

· Ensure accurate co-pay collection, daily batches, and front office compliance.

· Maintain OSHA and HIPAA standards.

· Jump in where needed to support the team and clinic operations.

What We're Looking For

· High School Diploma or equivalent (Associate's degree preferred).

· 2+ years of supervisory experience in a medical office, physician practice, or outpatient healthcare setting.

· Previous experience leading Front Desk or Patient teams.

· Comfortable working in a high-volume, multi-provider clinic.

· Strong communication, leadership, and customer service skills.

· Ability to multitask, stay organized, and adapt to changing priorities.

· Flexible schedule to support clinic needs, including early mornings when required.
