Job Summary:
The Branch Director's primary responsibility is to oversee daily operations, manage clinical team performance, and ensure regulatory compliance with local, state (HHSC), and federal guidelines. Key responsibilities include coordinating with the parent office, interdisciplinary team, patient/client, family, and referring agency, managing staff, ensuring accurate clinical documentation, and driving financial performance. Oversees QAPI issues at the branch level and directs staff with regard to agency policies and procedures. Maximizes human, financial, and equipment resources.
