Clinical Administrator (US-Remote)

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Research and resolve discrepancies with provider documents.
- Review information keyed into the system to verify the accuracy of data.
- Monitor data/image quality of scanned documents.
- Follow established policies and procedures for index and imaging without deviation.
- Maintain confidentiality and security of relevant information.

Minimum Requirements

- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent required.

- 0-2 years of relevant experience required.

- 6 months to 1 year of experience coordinating and scheduling assessments, appointments, or other high-volume activities.
- 6 months to 1 year of experience in a clinical, customer service, or call center environment.

Preferred Requirements
- Clinical office experience

- 1+ year of experience coordinating and scheduling assessments or appointments.
- 1+ year of experience in a clinical, customer service, or high-volume call center setting.

Home Office Requirements
