At Paving the Way MSI, you will do more than oversee clinic operations—you will help ensure individuals and families receive high-quality, accessible behavioral healthcare while supporting clinicians, strengthening service delivery, and advancing operational excellence.

As the Clinical Administrator, you will provide clinical and operational leadership for our Free-Standing Mental Health Clinic. You will oversee daily clinic operations, support clinical staff, monitor service quality, improve access to care, and ensure compliance with regulatory and accreditation requirements.

You will serve as a key leader within the organization, partnering closely with the Director of Clinical Services to strengthen clinic performance, consumer outcomes, staff engagement, and organizational growth.

What You'll Do
As Clinical Administrator, you will provide leadership, oversight, and operational direction for the Free-Standing Mental Health Clinic.
You will:
• Lead free standing mental health clinic operations while supporting high-quality behavioral health service delivery
• Supervise and develop clinical and administrative staff to promote accountability, engagement, and professional growth
• Monitor clinic performance, productivity, access-to-care metrics, and consumer outcomes
• Support clinicians in managing documentation, authorizations, compliance requirements, and service delivery expectations
• Oversee intake, referral management, scheduling, and consumer engagement processes
• Identify operational challenges and implement solutions that improve efficiency, service quality, and consumer experience
• Partner with billing, credentialing, quality assurance, compliance, and human resources teams to support clinic performanc
• Support quality improvement initiatives, audits, accreditation readiness activities, and corrective action planning
• Collaborate with leadership on strategic planning, program growth, and service expansion initiatives

Required Qualifications
• Active independent clinical license in the District of Columbia (LICSW, LPC, LMFT, Psychologist, or equivalent)
• Minimum of five (5) years of behavioral health experience, including direct service delivery and clinical operations responsibilities
• Minimum of two (2) years of leadership, supervisory, program management, or clinic administration experience
• Demonstrated experience supporting clinical staff, service delivery, and operational performance within a behavioral health setting
• Knowledge of DBH regulations, Medicaid requirements, documentation standards, and behavioral health compliance expectations
• Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining a high standard of quality, compliance, and consumer-centered care
Compensation: $90,000.00 - $115,000.00 per year
