THE CLINICAL ASSISTANT
Provides direct and indirect patient care while helping facilitate a functional environment for patients, visitors, and employees. In this position, you will function under the supervision, direction, and guidance of a professional registered nurse.
QUALIFICATIONS
• High school diploma or equivalent required • Current Pennsylvania Certified EMT or Paramedic licensing or Associates Degree in Clinical Administrative Medical Assisting or 1 year diploma with certification in EKG required • Current Basic Life Support certification required within 6 months of hire • Comprehensive Crisis Management CCM certification required within first 18 months of hire • Prior Certified Nurse Aide EMT or Nursing Assisting Training experience preferred
