Internal Meicine is seeking a Full- Time Clinical Assistant to join our dedicated team serving Binghamton, NY, and nearby communities.

The Clinical Assistant provides both clinical and administrative support within an outpatient practice. This position works closely with providers, patients, and care teams to deliver high-quality patient care while maintaining efficient office operations. Responsibilities include obtaining patient information, assisting with examinations, coordinating care, scheduling appointments, and supporting day-to-day clinical activities

Guthrie Binghamton Riverside Drive Internal Medicine provides comprehensive primary care for adults, from their teenage years through later life. The department focuses on preventing, diagnosing, and treating a wide variety of adult health conditions. As a Clinical Assistant, you would play an important role in supporting patients throughout their healthcare journey.

Position Summary:
Performs duties of a clinical and clerical nature. Maintains records and applies knowledge and skills to run a full functioning office for one or more Providers in Clinic. Assists professional staff by performing routine duties in caring for patients.
Education, License, Certification:
High School Diploma or equivalent.
Experience:
Knowledge of medical terminology, ability to communicate and excellent customer service skills a must. Must be dependable, professional, flexible and able to multi‐task.
