Contingent Clinical Care LVN/LPN - Compensation

• Pay per hour: 37.17/hr paid weekly
• Benefits: available after 90 days of employment
• 401(k): with company match after 1 year of service on eligibility dates

Contingent Clinical Care LVN/LPN - Highlights

• Full-time contingent/contract role : 32–40 hours/week (~ 33 hours/week )
• Schedule: includes every other weekend and some major holidays
• Schedules are created in 6-week blocks (after 3 weeks of training/orientation)
• Shifts are generally 7–10 hours during clinic operating hours
• May require floating to other nearby locations
• Potential to convert to a permanent role is possible, but not guaranteed – based on attendance, performance and business needs

Contingent Clinical Care LVN/LPN - Responsibilities

• Administer vaccinations and injections (including influenza, COVID, and TB test placements)
• Obtain and document vital signs
• Provide emergency care in collaboration with the on-site provider during emergent situations
• Perform patient registration, intake, and checkout
• Support waiting room management, outreach calls, appointment scheduling, and chaperoning as needed
• Prepare clinic and waiting areas to support a positive patient experience
• Provide excellent patient-focused support and contribute to the clinic’s mission

Contingent Clinical Care LVN/LPN - Requirements

• High School Diploma/GED (required)
• Attendance is mandatory for the first 90 days
• Full, active, unrestricted LVN/LPN license (U.S. State/Territory/Commonwealth/DC)
• Graduate of an approved Practical/Vocational Nursing program
• BLS certification (CPR/AED); expiration must be at least 30 days past the start date
• Prior experience administering immunizations/injections and vaccine counseling/education
• 1+ year related healthcare experience
• Experience documenting in an EMR (preferably EPIC)
• Ability to take vital signs

Contingent Clinical Care LVN/LPN - Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in Primary Care, Urgent Care, or Emergency Room settings
