Clinical Coordinator - Baxter Health Internal Medicine & Infectious Disease Clinic (Dept 7990)

SUMMARY: Responsible and accountable for the management of 3 or more providers and clinic staff or 2 or more clinics and supervising all aspects of clinic operations to support the goals of exceptional patient care and the purpose and values of Baxter Health. JOB REQUIREMENTS Education: High School Diploma or equivalent Experience: 1 year of management experience required, preferably in the medical field. Knowledge of medical office processes preferred. Other: Demonstrates basic computer skills and working knowledge of Microsoft Office. Working knowledge of eClinicalWorks a plus. Preferred Education: Associate degree in Business or Health Administration, Management or equivalent field. Familiarity with grant-funded or state health program reporting requirements.
