Salary: $60,405.80 - $65,405.80 per year

The Arc of Chemung-Schuyler is seeking a dedicated START CSIDD Coordinator to support individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD) who experience complex behavioral and mental health needs. The START (Systemic, Therapeutic, Assessment, Resources, and Treatment) Program provides crisis prevention and intervention services for individuals with developmental disabilities and co-occurring behavioral health challenges. Our goal is to provide person-centered, community-based supports that help individuals remain safely in their homes and communities.

As a START CSIDD Coordinator, you will manage an active caseload of individuals referred for services and coordinate supports across multiple systems. You will provide consultation, outreach, crisis intervention, and person-centered planning to help individuals and families access the resources they need.
