About the Role:
Small Wonder Preschool Inc. in Glendale, NY is looking for a passionate and dedicated Clinical Coordinator to join our team! In this vital role, you'll help shape the developmental journey of young children by bridging clinical services and early childhood special education. Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and oversee clinical services and therapeutic programs for preschool-aged children with disabilities
• Collaborate with educators, therapists, and families to implement individualized care plans
• Monitor and document child progress, clinical outcomes, and service delivery records
• Serve as a primary point of contact between clinical staff, families, and external service providers
• Ensure compliance with state regulations, licensing requirements, and best practices in early childhood development
• Facilitate team meetings, case reviews, and professional development sessions
• Support intake processes and coordinate evaluations for new enrollments

Requirements:

• Master's degree and professional license in Speech Pathology, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field
• Prior experience in a clinical coordination, case management, or fpreschool special education
• Knowledge of early childhood development, special education, and/or therapeutic services
• Strong organizational and communication skills with attention to detail
• Ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams and diverse families
• Familiarity with NYS regulations and compliance standards for early childhood special education programs preferred
• Compassionate, patient, and child-centered approach to care
