Shift: Days | 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Schedule: Full-Time | Onsite

Status: Non-Exempt

Role Overview

As a Clinical Coordinator - Medical Assistant, you will lead clinical operations while supporting providers and ensuring high-quality patient care within a specialty outpatient setting.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Overseeing daily clinical operations and supporting workflow efficiency
  • Assisting physicians and the site manager with clinical and operational needs
  • Preparing patients for exams and assisting during procedures
  • Administering injections and performing lab work or testing as required
  • Reviewing charts and obtaining patient histories
  • Following up on test orders and communicating results to patients and providers
  • Providing patient education and support
  • Maintaining medical equipment and monitoring inventory
  • Supporting team communication and fostering a collaborative clinical environment
  • Performing other duties as assigned

Qualifications

Education

Required:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent (GED)

Preferred:

  • Completion of a Medical Assistant program or related technical training

Experience

Required:

  • Three (3) years of Medical Assistant experience

Licensure / Certification

Required:

  • One of the following credentials:
  • RMA (Registered Medical Assistant)
  • CMA (Certified Medical Assistant)
  • EMT or NREMT
  • Paramedic
