    Summary:

    The Clinical Data Manager I manages all aspects of clinical data. This individual interprets, abstracts, and submits comprehensive, accurate data relating to study subjects by abstracting data as required by the study protocol and/or clinical trial sponsor, verifies and updates all information compiled and enter data into the application in a timely manner, and performs coding of adverse events or other designed medical diagnosis, injury, and/or procedures as directed by protocol, as required. This individual Acts as a resource for other research staff evaluating study-related data.

    Education & Experience:

    • HS diploma required

    • 9+ years of combined relevant healthcare experience (degree can be substituted with equivalent clinical healthcare or research experience)

    • Computer proficiency in word processing, Excel, and database systems

    • Data and/or abstracting experience required

    • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

    • Ability to exercise independent judgment with strong analytical capabilities

    • Excellent interpersonal and oral, written, and electronic interpersonal communication skills
