Northwest Specialty Hospital is seeking a detail-oriented, customer-service-focused Clinical Development Coordinator to join our Clinical Development Team!
Join our Clinical Development team and play an important role in supporting employee learning and patient education programs that improve the quality of care across our organization.
As a Clinical Development Coordinator, you'll be at the center of our education initiatives-coordinating training programs, supporting patient classes, maintaining learning records, analyzing department data, and ensuring employees, patients, and instructors have an outstanding experience. You'll also serve as a welcoming first point of contact for the department, helping create a positive experience for everyone you interact with.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys balancing customer service, project coordination, communication, and data management in a collaborative healthcare environment.
