The Clinical Development Coordinator will support the Clinical Development team, contributing to program development, team coordination, and quality improvement initiatives. This role combines administrative skills and project management expertise, assisting with tasks essential to clinical program execution, documentation, and organizational growth. The Clinical Development Coordinator will ensure the delivery of high-quality, efficient, and well-coordinated services across clinical programs, supporting team members in achieving Arrow's mission to serve children and families.

High school diploma or GED required. 2 years of experience in clinical or mental/healthcare administrative tasks, project coordination and clinical team support services preferred. Bachelor’s degree preferred. Knowledge of clinical protocols and mental healthcare documentation standards. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management software.
