Join Our Team as a Clinical Development Veterinarian
Are you an experienced Small Animal Veterinarian (DVM) who is passionate about mentoring, coaching, and developing the next generation of veterinary professionals? We're seeking a Clinical Development Veterinarian (Mentorship Veterinarian)based in Ventura, California, to support the continued growth and clinical excellence of our hospitals throughout Ventura County and surrounding region.
This unique veterinary leadership role combines hands-on clinical practice with mentorship, professional development, and regional support. You'll play a key role in helping veterinarians build confidence in medicine, surgery, and dentistry while continuing to provide exceptional patient care at your home hospital.
As a Clinical Development Veterinarian, you'll divide your time between practicing medicine at your home hospital and traveling throughout the surrounding region to mentor veterinarians, strengthen clinical teams, and support our WVP Launch Mentorship Program.
Location: Ventura, CA (Home Hospital)
Territory: Ventura County and surrounding regional hospitals
Travel: Regional travel up to 50% to support hospitals, veterinary teams, students, and mentorship initiatives.
