As a Clinical Dietitian, you will be responsible for providing medical nutrition therapy to patients with various medical conditions. You will work closely with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized nutrition plans that meet the unique needs of each patient. Your expertise will help patients achieve optimal health outcomes, improve their quality of life, and reduce healthcare costs.

Responsibilities:

• Provide medical nutrition therapy to patients with various medical conditions
• Develop and implement individualized nutrition plans
• Work closely with the healthcare team to ensure comprehensive patient care
• Conduct nutrition assessments and counseling sessions
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement nutrition-related policies and procedures
• Stay up-to-date with the latest research and developments in nutrition and dietetics
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and outcomes

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Nutrition or Dietetics
• Registered Dietitian (RD) or Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN) certification
• 1-2 years of experience in clinical dietetics
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
