Job Details

Title: Clinical Director (BCBA)
Setting: Center-based (with flexibility for administrative responsibilities)

What You’ll Do:

Lead and develop a team of BCBAs and RBTs
Oversee clinical quality and ensure best-in-class ABA services
Drive treatment outcomes through data-informed decision making
Partner with leadership on clinic strategy, growth, and performance
Support hiring, onboarding, and ongoing development of clinical staff
Ensure compliance with BACB standards and ethical guidelines
Collaborate with families to deliver meaningful, individualized care

What We’re Looking For:

Active BCBA certification
Experience supervising clinicians and/or leading teams
Strong clinical foundation with a passion for quality care
Ability to balance clinical excellence with operational awareness
Desire to influence strategy—not just execute
