Clinical Director – Behavioral Health Opportunity Description
Our client is a well-established clinic in Cambridge, OH offering mental health and SUD treatment to adults. They have a current opening for a Clinical Director to lead clinical operations of an inpatient clinic.
Clinical Director – Behavioral Health Opportunity Requirements- Active Ohio LISW-S or LPCC-S license.
- At least 5 years of behavioral health experience, including mental health or substance use disorder treatment.
- Leadership experience in an inpatient psychiatric hospital, residential treatment center, or SUD treatment program.
Clinical Director – Behavioral Health Opportunity Responsibilities- Provide clinical leadership and oversight for clinicians and multidisciplinary treatment teams.
- Ensure compliance with OhioMHAS regulations, HIPAA, payer requirements, and documentation standards.
- Support quality improvement activities, accreditation readiness, and regulatory survey preparation.
