    Clinical Director

    Program/Location: Men's Addiction Treatment Center (MATC), Brockton
    Education/Licensure: Masters degree in a related field with independent license (LMHC, LICSW, LADC1)
    Salary: $93,600-$120,640 (based on education and experience) 
    Status: Full time
    Schedule: Monday-Friday 8am-4:30pm

    Requirements

    • Must present as courteous and professional at all times
    • Demonstrated flexibility and ability to perform multiple tasks
    • Must have excellent communication skills, including the ability to organize ideas in logical and clear fashion
    • Must have the ability to work with others in cooperative and collaborative manner
    • TB screening
    • Certification in the HPTC approved de-escalation program
    • Strong and effective verbal, written and organizational skills
    • Knowledge of basic computer skills and software programs including the ability to learn, use and train HPTC`s electronic medical records
    • Ability to provide clinical leadership and supervision within the unit/program
    • Knowledge of major clinical therapeutic models and behavioral health best practice
    • Knowledge of diagnostic criteria, assessment skills, and case management ability
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills

      Duties & Responsibilities

      • Review and manage existing program goals and objectives assigned by Program Director

      • Responsible for supervision of Clinicians as assigned by Program Director

      • Provide direct services to clients, which will include but not limited to evaluations of clients; Individual, group and/or family counseling, crisis management, and aftercare planning. Productivity expectations will be determined based on the number of direct supervisees.

      • Facilitate all meetings, case conferences and trainings as assigned

      • Monitor staff attendance at all required meetings and trainings as required

      • Facilitate/participate Multidisciplinary Treatment Team and Utilization Review

      • Assist in development and updating of clinical and psycho- educational programs

      • Preparation of statistics, reports correspondence and participation in RFP grant writing process, Joint Commission preparation, Tally Card and other writing duties as needed

      • Ensure compliance with Federal Regulations, 42 CFR Part 2; and Confidentially of Alcohol and Drug Abuse Patients and HIPPA regulations and best practice processes and protocol in the provision of highest quality client care

      • Develop community contacts and collaboration with other organizations as needed

      • After-hours/on-call program support for patient clinical emergencies, dose verification, and other patient urgent needs on a rotating basis with Program Director

      • Other duties as assigned by the Program Director/Site Director

      Qualifications

      • Master's degree in psychology, social work, mental health counseling or substance abuse counseling
      • Independently licensed (LMHC, LICSW, LADC1)
      • minimum of two (2) years of clinical supervisory experience and four (4) years of behavioral health counseling experience
