The Clinical Director brings structure to a clinical program — designing protocols, workflows, and documentation standards that hold up under scrutiny, while providing day-to-day oversight and supervision to the clinical team. Key Responsibilities

Clinical Leadership

• Provide clinical oversight and direction for the program
• Supervise and support clinical staff, ensuring high standards of care
• Serve as a resource for complex cases and clinical decision-making

Systems & Process Development

• Build and refine clinical protocols, workflows, and documentation systems
• Identify gaps in current processes and implement scalable solutions
• Establish consistent procedures to support quality and compliance

Quality & Compliance

• Ensure clinical practices align with regulatory and licensing standards
• Support audits, chart reviews, and quality improvement initiatives
• Promote a culture of accountability and clinical excellence

Qualifications

• LCSW required
• Experience in a clinical leadership or supervisory role within healthcare
• Demonstrated ability to build and implement systems, protocols, and processes
• Strong clinical judgment and staff supervision experience
