In this role, you will:
- Oversee the clinical operations and staffing for two Clarity Clinic locations: River North and Evanston or Chicago Loop and Mokena.
- Manage a small caseload, providing evidence-based treatment (CBT, DBT, ACT, ERP, Unified Protocol) to clients attending individual therapy while demonstrating excellent management, retention, and termination of clients on caseload
- Training: A minimum of one monthly individual supervision for each fully licensed staff (including clinical supervisors)
- Facilitation of a minimum of one monthly organizational training
- Group Supervision: Facilitation of a minimum of one monthly group supervision
Minimum Requirements:
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in a clinical leadership role
- Must be fully licensed to practice independently in the state of Illinois with any of the following licensures: LCSW/LCPC/LMFT or Licensed Clinical Psychologist.
- Passion for patient-centered care
