Job Summary
The Clinical Director of the Partnership Comprehensive Care Program (PCCP) Outpatient Clinic serves an essential role as part of a multidisciplinary team which provides care for adult patients living with HIV. This individual’s primary role is oversight of the daily clinical function of the Partnership and supervising the team of ancillary staff. The Clinical Director delivers direction and leadership to ensure PCCP provides excellent patient care and promotes a positive work environment. The Clinical Director will also provide direct nursing care when needed. Finally, this individual works closely with the Medical Director and Director of Continuous Quality Improvement. The Clinical Director will identify opportunities to increase quality, safety, effectiveness, and efficiency, and develop indicators to measure, evaluate, and improve care for patients at PCCP.

This position is classified as Exempt, grade N. Compensation for this grade ranges from $99,720 - $149,580 per year. Please note that the offered rate for this position typically aligns with the minimum to midrange of this grade, but it can vary based on the successful candidate’s qualifications and experience, department budget, and an internal equity review.
