Our client is a well-established
Private Duty and Personal Care Home Health provider looking for a
Clinical Director based in the
Santa Barbara, CA area. Some travel will be required to other nearby areas of CA required. This person will oversee all clinical operations for their Medical and non-Medical Home Care services. Private Duty skilled Home Care leadership experience is preferred but Medicare Home Health, Hospice or Personal Care experience may be considered. A clinician is required. Clinical Director Job Requirements - Private-Duty Home Care leadership experience preferred. Other Home Health, Home Infusion, or Hospice experience may be considered.
- Knowledgeable in Medicaid and other home care clinical rules and regulations.
- Registered Nurse required.
- Must be able to travel up to 25%.
Clinical Director Responsibilities - Oversite of clinical operations for service area.
- Responsible for compliance with state and federal rules and regulations.
- Mentor and develop clinical supervisor team.
- Monitor KPI’s to look for areas to improve.
