About the Role:
New Life Private Care LLC is looking for a passionate and experienced Clinical Director RN to lead and elevate our care team in Buford, GA. Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage all clinical operations, ensuring compliance with state and federal healthcare regulations
• Provide clinical leadership and supervision to nursing staff and caregivers
• Develop, implement, and evaluate patient care policies and procedures
• Conduct patient assessments and coordinate individualized care plans
• Monitor quality assurance and performance improvement initiatives
• Serve as a clinical resource and mentor for nursing and support staff
• Collaborate with physicians, families, and interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes
• This position requires in-home patient visits within the East Atlanta Metro area

Requirements:

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Georgia
• Minimum of 3–5 years of clinical nursing experience, preferably in private duty or home health care
• Prior leadership or management experience in a clinical setting required
• Strong knowledge of state and federal home care regulations and compliance standards
• Excellent communication, organizational, and critical-thinking skills
• CPR/BLS certification required
• Compassionate, detail-oriented, and committed to delivering exceptional patient-centered care
• Must have a vehicle
