What You’ll Lead

As Clinical Director, you will oversee all clinical operations and set the standard for excellence in resident care and regulatory compliance.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading and mentoring the clinical team to deliver exceptional resident care
  • Ensuring accurate assessments, appropriate admissions, and ongoing care planning
  • Partnering with residents, families, physicians, and community leadership to drive positive outcomes
  • Overseeing medication management, documentation, and regulatory compliance
  • Monitoring resident conditions and proactively responding to changes
  • Reviewing incidents, identifying trends, and implementing preventative solutions
  • Building strong relationships with residents, families, and team members
  • Serving as a key member of the community leadership team, helping drive overall success

This role blends clinical expertise, operational oversight, and team development — ideal for a leader who wants both impact and influence.

Qualifications:

  • Current RN or LPN license in the state of employment
  • Minimum of three years of clinical experience, preferably in assisted living, memory care, or senior living
  • Leadership or supervisory experience strongly preferred
  • Strong clinical assessment and care planning skills
  • Experience with dementia care preferred
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to lead, mentor, and develop care staff
  • Strong organizational and critical thinking skill
  • CPR certification (or ability to obtain upon hire)
  • Experience with electronic health records preferred
