Job Details

We are seeking an experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team as a Clinical Director supporting a growing ABA program in Maryland. This is a hands-on clinical leadership opportunity for someone who enjoys developing clinicians, strengthening clinical quality, and remaining connected to client care.

The Clinical Director will provide leadership and mentorship to BCBAs and RBTs while maintaining direct clinical responsibilities. This individual will work closely with clinical and operational leadership to support high-quality service delivery, clinician development, and continued program growth.

Responsibilities include:

Provide clinical leadership, mentorship, and ongoing support to BCBAs and RBTs
Maintain an appropriate direct clinical caseload while serving in a leadership capacity
Oversee and support the development of individualized ABA treatment plans
Provide guidance on complex clinical cases and treatment decisions
Support BCBA development through coaching, mentorship, and clinical supervision
Help strengthen consistency and quality across clinical programming and service delivery
Support clinician onboarding, training, and ongoing professional development
Ensure timely and accurate clinical documentation and authorization requirements
Partner with operational leadership to address staffing and service-delivery needs
Promote adherence to applicable BACB, payer, state, and organizational requirements
Support continued growth and development of the clinical program

Qualifications:

Current Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
Current or ability to obtain appropriate Maryland licensure
Experience providing Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services
Experience supervising, mentoring, or developing RBTs, BCBAs, or other clinical team members
Strong knowledge of treatment planning, clinical documentation, supervision, and ABA best practices
Ability to balance direct clinical responsibilities with broader leadership responsibilities
Strong communication, collaboration, and clinical decision-making skills
Previous formal leadership experience is preferred, but accomplished Senior BCBAs, Lead BCBAs, and Clinical Supervisors ready for the next step are encouraged to apply
