Overview: Sign-on bonus available up to $5,000 Responsibilities: Serves as clinical expert providing education, research, coaching, direct care, consultation, leadership collaboration and ethical decision making for patients and nursing. Serves as a change agent and promotes quality through the utilization of nursing expertise. Provides clinical care as needed when census demands.
