A day in this role

Start your shift at our Kent service center, where you’ll stage rental medical equipment for local hospitals and nursing homes. You’ll verify documentation, load a 26-foot box truck, and head out to facilities across the Seattle–Tacoma area using company vehicles. On site, you’ll deliver or retrieve equipment, present top-tier customer etiquette, and process all required delivery and pick-up paperwork. Back at the center, you’ll clean and disinfect equipment to quality standards, restock, and ensure your vehicle is maintained with records up to date. You’ll also participate in rotating on-call coverage.

Schedule

Full-time with Tuesday–Saturday availability on 1st and 2nd shifts, plus rotating on-call.

What you’ll do

  • Prepare medical equipment and associated documentation for delivery.
  • Load and unload equipment safely and efficiently.
  • Operate a 26-foot box truck to complete deliveries and pick-ups.
  • Process all delivery and pick-up documentation as required.
  • Maintain vehicle appearance and complete routine maintenance with records kept.
  • Clean and disinfect medical equipment to established quality standards.
  • Provide the highest level of customer etiquette in every interaction.

What you’ll bring

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Clean driving record (MUST HAVE).
  • Two (2) years’ experience in a service or operations environment.
  • Two (2) years’ experience in front-line customer service.
  • Comfort with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and push/pull up to 135 lbs.
  • Ability to drive a work truck.
  • Comfort working with solvents and cleaners to disinfect products in a non–climate controlled warehouse.

  • Total Cash – Base pay ($25–27/hr + OT and performance bonus)
