AnthroMed Education is hiring new graduate Speech-Language Pathologists for Clinical Fellowship roles in the school setting for the 2026-2027 school year. Our structured CF program is built to help you grow into a confident, successful school-based SLP—with mentorship, resources, and a team that truly has your back.
We’ve supported 50+ CF-SLPs, and 100% have earned their CCC-SLP.
What You’ll Do:
Provide speech-language therapy to students in school settings
Conduct assessments and contribute to IEP development
Deliver individual and group therapy services
Collaborate with teachers, families, and special education teams
Build experience across AAC, articulation, language, fluency, and social communication
Receive ongoing feedback and clinical guidance throughout your CFY

1:1 clinical support from experienced school-based SLPs

Qualifications:
Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences & Disorders
Eligible for state SLP licensure prior to start date
Interest in working in school-based settings

Compensation & Benefits
Salary: $65,000–$68,000 annually (based on experience)
JumpStart Salary Program: Begin receiving pay prior to the school year
