Clinical Fellow – Speech Language Pathologist (CF-SLP)
Hourly Rate: $52.00 – $75.00 per hour
Location: New York City (all 5 boroughs); Onsite – School Setting
Position Summary
RCM Health Care Services is seeking motivated and compassionate Clinical Fellows (CF-SLPs) to support students throughout all five boroughs of New York City. This school-based opportunity is ideal for new graduates looking to build their clinical skills in a supportive educational setting while helping students strengthen their communication and language abilities. Our experienced clinical supervisors provide ongoing mentorship, guidance, and hands-on support throughout your Clinical Fellowship journey.
Responsibilities
Schedule / Shift

  • Shift details: Full-Time and Part-Time Schedules Available
  • Hours per week: 12–30
  • Contract length: Full School Year; Coverages Available
Key Duties
  • Provide speech and language therapy services to students within a school-based setting under clinical supervision.
  • Deliver in-person therapy services in accordance with student IEP goals and school requirements.
  • Conduct screenings, support evaluations, and assist with implementing individualized treatment plans.
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of therapy sessions in written and/or electronic formats.
  • Complete IEP documentation, progress reports, and end-of-year reports, as applicable.
  • Collaborate and communicate effectively with school staff, families, and clinical supervisors regarding student progress and therapy plans.
Requirements
Education
  • Required: Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology
Licenses & Certifications
  • Teaching Certification (TSSLD) preferred; assistance available for candidates interested in obtaining certification.
Skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with school teams and families.
  • Eagerness to learn, grow clinically, and receive mentorship in a supportive environment.
  • Ability to manage caseloads, maintain accurate documentation, and meet deadlines.
  • Compassionate, adaptable, and student-focused approach to supporting diverse learning needs.
