Job Description
We are a national staffing firm and are currently seeking a Clinical Trial Receptionist for a prominent client of ours. This position is located in Grayslake, IL 60030. Details of the position are as follows:
Job Details:
- Pay: $21 - $22/hr to Start!!
- Approx 6-month assignment, possibility for extension or conversion based on performance and budget.
- Monday – Friday 7am – 12pm
- Position will be mainly responsible for greeting clinical study participants, verifying identities, assigning wristbands, and logging visit types.
- Position will review clinic schedules, prepare participant charts, confirm required documents, and notify study teams of participant arrivals.
- Position will collect and upload screening paperwork, update participant records, and assist with electronic medical record data entry.
- Position will communicate appointment reminders, follow up with late participants, and support smooth daily clinic operations.
Qualifications:
- A high school diploma OR an associate’s degree is Required!
- Customer service experience and the ability to provide friendly, professional service while accurately processing a high volume of participants is Required!
- Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office, accurate data entry, and the ability to learn electronic clinical systems is Required!
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, organizational, and de-escalation skills with strong attention to detail is Required!
- Experience working in a hospital, clinic, clinical research site, or similar healthcare setting is Preferred!
- Experience navigating electronic medical records and entering or verifying patient information using systems such as Epic or Cerner is Preferred!
