How you'll make an impact in this role

• System Design & Optimization: Lead the analysis, design, and evaluation of clinical information systems (including EMRs) to meet organizational needs and maximize patient safety and experience.
• Compliance & Policy Development: Establish and enforce information system policies and procedures that ensure strict compliance with applicable healthcare laws and regulations.
• Training & Competency Validation: Design and deliver comprehensive training materials, validate clinician competencies, and onboard new providers to ensure seamless technology adoption.
• Change Management & Collaboration: Serve as a strategic agent of change by recruiting clinicians for collaborative work group and promoting organizational alignment with optimized digital workflows.

What minimum requirements you'll need

Licensure / Certification / Registration:

• Registered Nurse credentialed from the Texas Board of Nursing preferred.

Education:

• High School diploma equivalency with 2 years of cumulative experience OR Associate''s degree/Bachelor''s degree OR 4 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.
