Major/Essential Functions
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to understand their needs and opportunities to improve efficiencies within the EMR
- Develop plans/trainings for end users utilizing data analytics
- Partner with the EMR team to create best practice workflows for staff
- Act as a liaison between clinical staff, leadership, and the EMR team
- Review patient data to make medical workflows safer and more efficient
- Troubleshoot hardware and software problems reported by clinical team members
- Analyze clinical and operational data to improve documentation quality and patient outcomes

Visa Information
TTUHSC, at its sole discretion, may initiate new H-1B I-129 visa petitions in accordance with the directive issued by Governor Abbott. Approval from the Texas Workforce Commission is required. On a limited, case-by-case basis, the institution may also sponsor eligible individuals for change-of-status or change-of-employer petitions for qualifying positions. TTUHSC will not pay the $100,000 fee, if applicable.
