Job Description Part-time clinical adjunct nursing position for the Nursing programs at the Middletown campus. This position may require clinical or laboratory instruction. Schedules may include day, evening, or weekend hours in an off-campus or on-campus lab and/or clinical site.

Compensation and Benefits The minimum hourly rate for the position is $30.00 per hour, however, actual starting rate is commensurate with education and/or experience. The position is part-time and as such cannot exceed 29 hours per week and is not eligible for health or leave benefits. However, the position may offer educational benefits through our professional development and educational assistance policies.

Nursing Wage Hourly Rate:

  • LPN: $30.00
  • Associates Degree: $40.32
  • Bachelors Degree: $43.03
  • Masters Degree (includes DDS, MD, DVS, JD, DPT): $45.70
  • Doctorate: $48.39

  • Current unrestricted RN license in Virginia.

  • Masters degree in Nursing preferred.
  • Operation of a State Vehicle.

  • Required Travel: Travel as per any required duties of the position, such as to sites, campuses, and any training. Ability to cover assignments throughout the college service region as necessary for the job is required.
