To teach and provide service to the Lake Campus Nursing Program
Minimum Qualifications
A Master's degree in Nursing discipline or equivalent with a minimum of 2 years' experience as a practicing RN.
Must have an unencumbered license as a Registered Nurse in State of Ohio by the start date.
Basic Life Support/CPR by start date is required. Must be able to meet State of Ohio Board of Nursing requirements.
Preferred Qualifications
Demonstrated excellence in college-level teaching.
Ability to organize and manage a group of nursing students to meet the course objectives and maximize student learning outcomes.
Knowledgeable in course management software and classroom instruction to meet the academic needs of students.
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Demonstrated experience providing direct patient care in a hospital, clinic, outpatient, community, or office setting.
Strong communication skills.
Essential Functions and percent of time:
80% Teaching BSN program coursework as assigned.
20%Serving on college and/or university committees or other professional organizations
