Clinical Intern

The Clinical Development & Training team is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Clinical Intern to support TCN-EDU initiatives. This paid, remote opportunity offers valuable experience in clinical education, content development, virtual learning, and workforce training.

The selected intern will collaborate directly with the National Director of Clinical Development and Training and gain hands-on experience supporting educational programming across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the National Director of Clinical Development and Training on TCN-EDU projects and initiatives.
• Assist with moderating virtual training sessions, webinars, and educational events.
• Support the development, preparation, and organization of training materials and educational content.
• Create, edit, and format professional PowerPoint presentations for trainings and educational programs.
• Assist with session logistics, communications, and resource management.
• Monitor participant engagement and provide support during live virtual events.
• Complete administrative and project coordination tasks related to clinical education and professional development.
• Contribute to special projects as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Currently a TCN clinical intern OR must be enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate program in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, Behavioral Health, Education, Healthcare Administration, or a related field.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint with the ability to develop professional, engaging presentations.
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
• Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
• Excellent organizational skills and time-management abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Interest in clinical education, training, and workforce development.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote environment.

• Commitment: 10-15 hours per month (flexible schedule-must have some availability during daytime work hours)

Transformations Care Network is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. The hourly compensation range for this role is $18. This compensation represents our current standard compensation practices and may be adjusted over time to remain competitive and aligned with organizational needs.
