JRI’s Community Based Services division provides care to ensure that families and their children with significant behavioral, emotional, and mental health needs obtain the services necessary for success in the home, school, and community. In our TAP program of Cape Cod we work in a therapeutic after-school programs dedicated to enhancing the social skills of children ages 6-12 with complex emotional and behavioral needs who have been unable to succeed in non-therapeutic community-program settings. In this position you will be able to convey your passion for helping others by supporting this mission. Our staff provide services in the communities where the people we serve live, utilizing strength-based and needs-driven choices, offering a team-based approach collaboration with the people we work with that is grounded in  individualized services and the use of evidence-based practices.

Requirements:

  • Minimum working towards a Master’s degree or above in the mental health field (LCSW, LICSW, LMHC or LMFT).
  • Clinical interest in working with children/adolescents is required and familiarity with trauma informed models of treatment preferred. 
  • Good written and oral communication skills are necessary.
  • Background and driving record checks will be performed.
