Schedule: Monday - Friday, Day Shift

• Master clinical workflows and specialized department protocols through hands-on training to ensure the delivery of safe, high-quality patient care.
• Drive departmental goals by executing targeted clinical projects that improve patient outcomes and streamline team efficiency.
• Manage daily clinical priorities effectively, ensuring any potential risks or questions are escalated immediately to safeguard patient safety.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to support cross-functional initiatives, contributing fresh perspectives to improve the overall patient experience.

Education:

• High school diploma equivalency OR Enrolled in accredited program specific to discipline required.
