Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Clinical Laboratory Scientist to perform clinical laboratory testing, analyze specimens, and ensure accurate and timely results.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Clinical Laboratory Science or a related field.

• Active Clinical Laboratory Scientist (CLS) license, state-specific if required.

• Minimum 2 years of recent hospital laboratory experience preferred.

• Strong knowledge of laboratory instrumentation, quality control, and specimen processing.

• Ability to work independently during night shifts.

Responsibilities

• Perform clinical laboratory testing in hematology, chemistry, microbiology, immunology, and blood bank.

• Analyze patient specimens and accurately report test results.

• Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot laboratory instruments.

• Follow quality control and quality assurance protocols.

• Ensure compliance with CLIA, CAP, and laboratory standards.

• Maintain accurate documentation and collaborate with the healthcare team.
