We are seeking a motivated Clinical Lab Scientist to join a dynamic clinical laboratory team supporting innovative medical and clinical research initiatives. In this role, you will work alongside experienced researchers, healthcare professionals, and laboratory specialists to support clinical studies, analyze data, ensure regulatory compliance, and contribute to the development of new therapies and treatments.
Key Responsibilities

• Support and coordinate clinical and medical research studies.
• Analyze clinical trial and laboratory data to generate meaningful insights.
• Assist with the preparation and publication of research findings and study results.
• Ensure compliance with applicable clinical laboratory, quality, and research regulations.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including scientists, healthcare professionals, and researchers.
• Contribute to drug development, diagnostic testing, and therapy advancement initiatives.
• Perform laboratory testing and procedures in accordance with established protocols and best practices.
• Maintain accurate documentation and uphold laboratory quality standards.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Biology, Chemistry, Medical Laboratory Science, or a related scientific field.
• 1-3 years of experience working in a clinical laboratory environment.
• Strong understanding of laboratory procedures, quality standards, and industry best practices.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proven ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment while remaining self-motivated and adaptable.
• Ability to follow established procedures while delivering consistent, high-quality results.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in histology or automated immunohistochemistry (IHC).
• Experience working with the Ventana Ultra Platform.
• Histotechnologist certification (HT or HTL).
• Previous experience supporting clinical trials or clinical research projects.
