Title: Clinical Lab Scientist I

Location: Tucson, AZ

Salary Range: $30 - $32/hr.

Introduction

This is a first shift position (9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, M-F). The role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to clinical and medical research, ensuring compliance with medical research regulations while supporting drug and therapy development efforts.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences (BA/BS)
• 1-3 years of experience in a clinical lab setting
• Experience with histology or automated IHC preferred
• Experience with Ventana Ultra Platform is a big plus
• Demonstrates strong teamwork and adaptability
• Self-motivated with the ability to deliver consistent results
• Prior work experience at client or in client's industry

Applicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2.

Preferred Skills & Qualifications

• Histotechnologist certification (HT or HTL)
• Experience in clinical trials
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication abilities
• Knowledge of industry best practices

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Lead clinical and medical research studies
• Analyze clinical trial data and publish findings
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals and research teams
