Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Clinical Lab Scientist for a travel assignment in a hospital laboratory setting. The ideal candidate will have strong laboratory diagnostic skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced clinical environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform routine and specialized laboratory testing procedures
- Analyze and interpret laboratory results accurately
- Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot laboratory instrumentation
- Ensure compliance with laboratory safety and quality control standards
- Maintain accurate laboratory records and documentation
- Collaborate with physicians and healthcare teams to support patient diagnosis and treatment
Requirements
- Active Clinical Lab Scientist license/certification as required by state regulations
- Previous hospital laboratory experience preferred
- Strong knowledge of laboratory procedures, instrumentation, and quality standards
- Excellent analytical and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
