The Staff Pad is partnering with a respected healthcare organization in beautiful Helena, MT to find a skilled and motivated Clinical Laboratory Scientist to join their team.

In this role, you’ll work alongside dedicated healthcare professionals performing critical diagnostic testing that directly supports patient care and clinical decision-making. What You’ll Do

  • Perform routine and specialized diagnostic testing on blood and other body fluid specimens
  • Analyze, interpret, and report laboratory results with accuracy and attention to detail
  • Operate and maintain sophisticated laboratory equipment
  • Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and healthcare teams to support exceptional patient outcomes
  • Prioritize and manage multiple tasks efficiently in a dynamic clinical environment
  • Participate in on-call coverage as needed

What We’re Looking For

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience as a generalist Clinical Laboratory Scientist in a hospital setting
  • Baccalaureate in Medical Technology or equivalent field
  • National certification through agencies such as ASCP, NCA, or equivalent
  • Current Montana Clinical Laboratory Scientist licensure
